letter format for responding NOF

My employer received a NOF for my LC. As we do not have a lawyer, I wonder if anybody know the format of writing these letters. Is it like:
RE: ..............................

Thanks for your help.
 
If I were in your position, I would have gone through a lawyer at this point. As lawyers know how to put the information together and also how to present it.
