Letter confirming my work experience?

Hi,

My employer asked me if my past employers/academic advisors would be willing to write me letters confirming my experience that's required for my position. I won't have problem getting letters, however is it required to submit letters with LC application? Did any of you have to submit letters?

Yes you have to get your experience letter from all your previous employer. I did submit all my experience letters.

It is not necessary during the LC filing - it will be required for later stages (I believe 2nd stage), however, it may be your company's policy to see the letter before they submit the application. Companies they are penalised for misrepresentation, and it makes perfect sense to check the veracity of the application before filing.
