Let's write BEC for separate Q for DOL cases

As you know, for DOL cases, BEC only needs to certify, no further works needed. Instead of wasting time, they should have a separate Q for DOL cases. BEC started aiming to reduce backlogs. Why wasting time on DOL cases then? Let's write BEC to educate on this issue.

For others whose case didn’t make DOL, should also support this as lots DOL cases will be out of their PATH and hence will make their life easier too.

I am not agreeing or disagreeing with your idea.

Just commenting on your 2nd statement, logically its wrong.
For those members whose file never went to DOL, having separate DOL queue is not advantageous (rather its disadvantageous) in any circumstances. Just think about it.
 
For, SWA cases need more analysis and hence more time. But the DOL cases does not. BEC can just send DOL cases to CO for final approval.
A separate Q for DOL cases can save a huge amount of time both for SWA and DOL cases as lot many DOL cases can cleared from the PATH of BEC.

BEC will be load free (like no phone calls from lawyers, emails etc for DOL cases and can solely concentrate on SWA cases).

so you mean people with 2004 PD in RIR should get approval b4 people in non rir who have waited for 4 yrs just to be picked up?
doesn't seem fair, what about remanded cases which were RIR and were put in non rir?
BTW i am remanded 2001 and also RIR 2004.
I think it is very clear to everyone that eliminating backlog is not the highest priority for anyone in this country.
