Let's track utah labor cert

My labor cert app went in first week of february. Can anyone update this thread with any information on what month Utah SESA might be processing for RIR cases? The labor processing status shows Jan of 2003. Has anyone had their app approved in Jan 2003 and moved on to Denver? Thanks!

according to the timings utah is now processing jan 2003.mine went in march first.please post here if u hear any info.

According to the Labor Department processing times, Utah seems to be processing Feb 2003. My attorney says that my application hasn't been processed yet. According to my attorney, my application went in first week of February 2003. I will inform this thread when I hear any news of my application when it is processed. Please let me know if any of you guys get your application processsed. Is there anyway to find out from the Labor department on when they actually recd my application??

My laywer has sent me the prioritydate after filing my application.i think that is the time when actually the state department is received .hope this helps.

Let's track utah labor cert

A friend of mine was able to talk to someone in Utah department of Labor and they said that they were still processing labor applications recd in Dec 2002??? But the DOL website shows February 2003. How is this possible that they are processing one month and showing some other month on the website. Anyone wants to clear this confusion?

Does anyone know which is our regional office for Utah? Is it Denver or Dallas?

it should be Dallas, but why UT is under Denver section in the processing time?
Anyone can confirm it? The processing time for RIR is very different.

I am new to this utah forum. My emp is in the process of testing LC for my RIR LC. My lawyer says that 2 news paper, 1 journal, internal and internet ad required as per Utah SWA. (I am BS with 10 yrs exp)

Is it standard requirement in utah for exprienced peoples? Most state accepts two paper and one internet ad. Is it necessary to test labor market outside utah?

Guys in Utah, help me.
