I came to know from online that I was issued RFE on Nov 18th.
Changed job after 10 months. I know that the following people have RFE's.

Did your employers give the letter for prospect for continued employment ?

Add my name to the list Roran if you are looking for Sept RFE issued ones also. Mine is an AC21 portability case with >180 days.

I hope we come out of this with flying colors.
In a way I feel relieved looking at some movement. But, still wondering what the RFE might be(I am sure employment) and how am I going to convince my current employer for an employment letter in my own format.
I am paid hourly and I want the employment letter to state an annual salary. If they just multiply my rate with no of hours/yr, it will come to 20K more. I am wondering if they can state 10K less. So,many questions in my mind with no clear answers until I recieve the RFE notice(i mean lawyer).
Regarding prospect for continous employment, i don't know if they will give it. I do not know any alternate solution for this. I hope I get a RFE for a plain employment letter( one less hassle)
 
Hi Guys

I am not sure whether I will get RFE or not but I did changed my job on 11th month ater filing 485 and I did filed AC21 thru my lawyer. so lets wait for a month before my turn comes..
