TO - EB3/I-485 India applicants,

Let's track EB3 India. We haven't seen any I-485 approval for EB3 India since last 1-2 months ! Not even for older PDs like 2000 and 2001. Please update if you have any LUDs on your I-485 case or hear any approval for EB3 India case.

LUD on 485 01/04/08 --- LUD on 140 11/11/07 -- EB3 Apr 2003

my 140 approved in 2006 and there was soft LUD on 11/11/07
Today there is a soft LUD on 485.

Anyone has soft LUD on 485, with a soft LUD on 140 previously.

Dont know how many sleepless nights it will cause :(

Great ! At least some LUDs for EB3 India cases ! If maintained well, This thread would greatly help EB3-India / I-485 applicants to track any movement on EB3 India / I485 cases.
 
I has soft LUD on 12/28 but No LUD on I140

I got one soft LUD on 12/28/07 and No new LUD in I140. Not sure what to make out of it. May be nothing. :)

NC cleared, PD current I/485 spouse.. RD 9/12/2007 at NSC. LUDs 10/11,12/5,12/6 and 12/17

Received soft LUD update on approved I-140 around 10th December 07, don't know if it means any thing. LUD update on I-485 after FP.

expected some 485 soft LUDS today for others

Unfortunately no one posted the 485 soft LUDs today.
Now I started worrying about the soft 485 LUD, I got on Jan 4th which
might be isolated.

Do you get one soft LUD (no message change) before RFE ????
Please let me know if someone got RFE after one soft LUD.

I am trying to understand the pattern.
 
Pl give me 485 approval god - Mercy Mercy god

I got soft lud in july07 for approved I140. After that still waitng for 485 approvals.

LUD on my old H1b approved on Jan 10th

I got soft LUD on my old H1b on 12/22/2007. I believe they are checking all previous H1B's. Anyone does the same experience. Please drop some comments.

I have had numerous LUDs on my most recent H1s as well. I read else where that it could be because of namechecks. My most recent one was on 12/22/07. I hope Jan 15 bulletin for Feb 08 will bring in some good outcomes for us 2002 contenders. :)
 
No LUDs for 485 since the receipt date.
