Lets take action, participate in Backlog reduction for cases pending before JIT

immigartionportal.org started its next campain to take on backlogs reduction.
This time the target is to bring notice to Congress Persons about the plight of our fellow members whose RD/NDs are well below JIT date but yet to be approved.

So all those whose RD/ND dates are below JIT date please sign up at the above thread. We are looking for atleast 50 people from each Service center.

Lets make our voice heard.

How about the people who's cases have been transferred to local offices, where there is no JIT date at all for employment based cases?

By telling the USCIS to process cases beyond the date, all they have to do is transfer your case, and you have can't take any recourse, since there is no date to to say that your EB case is behind!!! The dates posted at local offices are for FB cases, not EB cases. This is a much more serious problem than the one stated above, IMHO.

How about RFE's? When they issue an RFE, that drops out of the backlog numbers as well.
