In 4 days of case creation you received your Pkt3. Wow!

Does that happen generally or was it an exception.

NVC says 4 weeks for case creation and 4 weeks for attorney to receive
Pkt3.

once its created they say 2-4 weeks ...but my lawyer (in Atlanta) received it the 4th day !!!

Hello Guys
Here are my case details.I-140 cleared on Mar\'11.I had opted to go for consular process at Delhi. I am currently in Middle east working on an assignment and have no idea as to what all docs do I need to collect. Could somebody help me out on this as I am kindaa cut off here.Also is there any link explaining various steps involved in consular process?.
I\'d really really appreciate your help.

pcc requirements for delhi consulate

folks,
my i-140 approval 02/06.....
i obtained pcc from san fran consulate. my lawyer insists that i
need PCC from india also. does any one know for sure whats the deal with PCC\'s. i called up the consulate and they said the consluate PCC is fine. pls help....also does the P3 go to the consulate or does it go to st louis..

have u filed ur P3. where did u get the PCC from....my 140 AD is around yours..02/06.....my lawyer says that i need pcc from india...do you know what the deal is..?

PCC from San Francisco is fine ...u do not need anything from India

yes, u need to send the P3 to St. Louis and not the consulate.
 
PCC from NY consulate was enuf for me

on Feb 13...
i believe P3 these days has to go to St Louis and then NVC directs it to respective consulates.
 
Urgent Questions..Pls. help..!!!

1)How many police clearances are actually required and what are the options for example RPO or Consulate or Local police stn? do i need to get one from each locality i have lived in for more than 6 months?also what about the time spent in hostels during engineering?..is a PCC required for that as well.Also,can I get a PCC from an Indian consulate in a 3rd country as I am currently not in the US???

2)In form DS230..do I have to give a US address..can I give my address in Middle east??..does it make any difference??

3)is a birth certificate always required?? will an affidavit from mother plus school certificates do???

4)how early before the interview a medical check up/test can be done?..what is the validity of the medical tests?
