I am opening this new thread.
We should start thinking this right now and start to act. This is our last chance guys. If we can keep our PD, no problem for us for 6th year extension as well.

THE BEC A BIG JOKE. IT IS GOING TO CREATE ANOTHER BACK LOG.

why people keep on coming back to PERM. PERM is not magic wand where you convert your case and
you get your labor approved. No PERM won't help us, PERM is here to stay and it will haunt us f
or long time. Why you want to add more complexity to already messed up operation. Our only dema
nd should be to clear out all the existing cases ASAP without mentioning anything about PERM. T
here are just too many restrictions/regulations with PERM that most of the big firms are reluct
ant about PERM.

Sorry buddy, but you are late to realize that BEC is a joke, infact whole Labor department is a
joke (atleast for us). Where were you when people started similar threads begging for support.
If you want to share/add something, update that thread and don't start new one. Because we ha
ve so many such smaller initiatives, people stray and finally nothing gets done.
 
There is currently a way to convert your existing application to PERM, if you are willing to risk it. What exactly are you suggesting we discuss?
 
I don't think that the company wanna repost the ad. for us. Maybe your company, not mine. Also thinking of your boss is going to rewrite the evaluations of all the applicants (it maybe hundreds now)(to your position) with citizenship and GC, he won't be happy to do that, I guess. So, it is very unrealistic to covert to PERM.
 
luckylucky, you are right. I talked to my employer, they told me the same thing. They are not interested as bla...bla....

They are just money su*...wants to make money only and do nothing for us.
I wish, I could do something to them first.
