How many times do we actually/personally tell them what they need to do.
Instead of fuming here, did you ever think of informing an officer when you go for EAD/IEAD/FP that because of short duration of EAD/FP validity we are getting multiple FP/EAD.

When I went for IEAD, I told the officer that they shoud make EAD/IEAD valid for 2 years. That will reduce their work and will stop this vicious loop ( delayin 485 - more FP/EAD - they work on
EAD/IEAD/FP- delay in 485).

And their response would be: "Yeah yeah yeah ... tell that to the Congress, CIS Director .. blah blah".
