Here is the estimation based on Rupnet for the recent months:
For VSC
RD: July 2001: 85% Approved;
RD: Aug 2001: 79% Approved;
RD: Sep 2001: 66% Approved;
RD: Oct. 2001: 41% Approved;
RD: Nov 2001: 3% Approved;
RD: Dec 2001: 2% Approved;

If we assume the statistics are close to truth, and considering that some people may forgot to update their cases after approval, we can be a little more optimistic: Now the mainstream is still Oct. case. Nov and Dec cases are only sparadically approved. Hope this will shift quickly with time...
