My case is as following,

File I140 and I485 concurrently on Sep.9, 2002.
Laid off on Oct.14, 2002.
Started new job on Dec. 10, 2002
I140 approved in June, 2003
FP in August, 2003
Got REF for I485 on April 9, 2004

1. should I include starting date of new employment in the EVL?

2. Should I give evidance to prove my previous empolyer has the intent to hire me again? I have a letter from them saying they may rehire me when their business is getting better in the future.

3. Although not asked, should I include pay stubs, w2 etc in my reply?

Best not mention the date you joined the new employer- just say you changed jobs and are currently working for new employer. Yes including pay stubs may be a good idea.
