Less than 180 days I-485 Pending

If somebody has a EAD and FP done and gets laid off before 180 days of I-485 pending, what are his options. Can he continue working. What about 485 pending with INS.

Yes, if you have approved EAD, you can continue work anywhere lawfully till that EAD expires.

Once you are laid off during the pendancy of 485 and if your company is "not willing to hire you in future", then you have to start from begining with the new employer.
