Hi All,

I am at a situation that even though I have my EAD, I cannot use it for good reasons and need to maintain my H1B. Since the current employer is doing loss, I would like to transfer my H1B visa.

I have seen some of the independent H1B companies who offer 90% of billing rate and maintain the H1B visas.

My questions are

1) Are such companies legitimate?
2) Can we transfer our H1B to such companies?
3) Will such companies be recognized by USCIS for continuing our greencard?
4) Any experieces with such companies - please share.

Thank you.

-- even though, most of these bodyshopping companies don't follow INS regulations.
2) Can we transfer our H1B to such companies?
-- If they pay taxes on-time, then there is a possibility to get H1-b through them. If you get H1-B through that company, doesn't mean they are good.
3) Will such companies be recognized by USCIS for continuing our greencard?
-- Follow "daniels" postings and listen to their sufferings.
4) Any experieces with such companies - please share.
-- I had real bad experience with Indians owned companies especially Telugu guys.

Thank you.
