What happens if the principal lawyer in the lawyering firm handling one's case has been recently suspended from practicing law for some years because of fraud committed in an unrelated case? Will it affect approval of their other immigration/non-immigration cases with USCIS? Will other lawyers be able to handle these cases? If yes, how can one go about finding lawyers willing to handle such cases? What particular fees will they/USCIS be charging? Will fees still be owed the current lawyers for the pending cases?
Thank you very much. God bless.
