Legal intent of working under F1 visa disqualify me to get a DV?

My wife was selected for further prosessing in the DV2014. Some years ago I went to US to study english under F1 VISA and I took the first steps to enroll in a Teacher Certification Program and be able to get a H1-B visa. I got back to my home country, did not ended the process and never overstay in US. Does that intend disqualify us to get our DV?

No - nothing to worry about with what you said. Applying for the DV GC can affect a future non immigrant visa, but the previous F1 and plans for the H1 will not affect the DV application at all as long as you remained in status.
