I have the recipt of my 485 as Nov2001., I was laid off 6 month later and I got another job using EAD- since then I am using my EAD for the work - till now I am assumming its legal but after reading so many confusing posts I got confused - I got my AP and planning to go to India- Do anyone think I have a problem?
BY THE WAY INS---oops sorry BCIS officially says that everyone up to nov 15th/2001/vermont had got their GC but unlucky me.............not yet.
