Legal acceptance for marriage with GC Holder or USC

If a girl from India having H1B and working with an Indian company gets a alliance from a GC holder or USC and if the marriage takes place in India, what are the possible chances of her joining her spouse in the US?

Would the Indian marriage certificate be legally accepted in the US? or How long does she need to wait till her name gets included in her spouse's GC?

If they have a current valid H-1B they are free to live in American based on that, regardless of who they are married to.

If they are married to a US Citizen, they can immediately file AOS upon returning to the USA on their H-1B, if they are married to a Green Card holder, the process is a little longer, the GC holder needs to file I-130 for them and then they need to wait for their priority date to come up.

Yes, the Indian marriage would be recognised in the USA.
