Left country without AP

Will it create problem if anyone leaves country without AP, I had appiled AP for my son, but due to urgency he had to leave the country without Ap he is 8 years old

Attorney told me re-apply for AP

He left country without AP actually my families AP expires on JAn6th2003, Will create any hassels while entry. Do the check the date of exit or when the AP was issued

Actually you can apply for AP outside of US. There is a column in the AP from which specifies whether you are applying in US or staying out of US and applying for AP.

If you have a valid H1/H4 you can bring him on H4.

Check with your lawyer.

thanks for the reply, but my attorney say he has to present for applying AP in US ...I had appiled AP before he left, but i didn't get AP, I received a RFE , before that my son left the country. Now the lawyer says he will apply for his AP again, only I'm worried he left the country without an AP will it create problem at the port of entry.if they check the date of issuse and he left country before that, my wife has a valid AP , her expires on Jan she can't come becos my son didn''t get AP yet.
