Leaving US short time after coming with immigrant visa

Hello everybody!
Today I received my immigrant visa by DV lottery.
I plan to get onto the US in April but can stay there only for about 10 days and then have to leave due to my work commitments.
Did anybody have the same experience?
Is it possible for my relatives to receive my SSN and Green Card by post and then send them to me and I can re-enter in 2-3 months.

Yes its 100% bro you can even leave the same day!
You visa once its activated at the poe will work just the same as a GC.
