Leaving US one day before I94 expires

Hi Guys,

I have a quick question regarding my parents departure from the USA. My Parents I94 expires Jan 10 2005. Is it ok if they leave on Jan 9th?

I would appreciate if you can get back to me on this

Yes and that is a good idea just in case the flight is cancelled because of bad weather.
