Leaving the country without AP approved

Hi Friends!

Just wanted your opinion of sending my family to India without having their AP approved--I will be here & will be traveling later after about 2 months & will carry their AP (after approval) with me so that we can all come back together. I know I run that risk of denial which will prevent their entry into the US.

Actually this is second time I am applying for AP so the chances of rejection are reduced to that extent.

Not a good idea

Leaving US without AP approved implies that you withdrew your application. (as per INS). Unncessary trouble.

I wouldn't it if i were in your shoes.

Unless you have a valid H1/H4 stamping...

.....otherwise you will be doing a "very stupid" thing by stepping out of US !

I did, like you planning and no problem. My son went off the country without approved AP. Few months later I brought approved AP to him. Why they wouldn't approved AP for her?
