Leaving job after Green Card - different aspects.

Point A ] It is a well known fact that German citizen get green card within 60 days while chinese or Indian citizen may have to wait for 5/6 years for Gc due to population problem and numbers of visa available.

Now consider a situation that OTHER country ( e.g. Germany, Belgium ) person applied for GC in EB category and got it within 60 days and left the job immediately
Vs
a person from India, China, Mexico applied for GC , worked for the same employer for 4/5/6 years and then got the GC and left the company.
How can these two situations be compared in fair sense of interpreting the law.
When employer applied for GC 5 years back, one had true intentions of working for that employer for indefinite time but in the passage of 4/5/6 years, things/market/locations/technology/personal knowledge has changed and one wants to switch the job.

Point B] If the spouse got the Gc after as a beneficiary and goes for Citizenship and gets it, s/he can always process citizenship/GC for the spouse. How can INs take action in this case.

Point C] It is said, for Citizenship, INs checks last 60 months record, in this case, if a person changes job immediately ( i.e. after those 4/5/6 years of grinding processing time) and then waits for 5 1/2 years to apply for citizenship, how can first job change come in the picture.

Can somebody explain all the 3 points to me, please.
