Leaving employer during Green Card process

Hello,

I'm on H1B visa. My company started the green card process, obtained labor certificate, then filed I-140 (EB3 Category) and still waiting. Can I switch to another company without interrupting the Green Card process? Would it make difference if I leave my company before or after filing I-485?
