Hello Sir/mam,
I am studying for my bachelors degree in New York City.
I am on F1 STATUS and I have a valid i20 untill 2017
I applied for semester break with the reason that I have to go to Hyderabad, India for Medical reasons for 3 weeks. However, I took break for whole semester of months.
My question is whether I can stay in United states for that period of time in case I don't go to India. Or is it time sensitive issue that I should leave country in 2 weeks after my leave of absence is vewrified and shoukld enter back 30 days before my next semester starts.
