leave company and LC

If I have to leave current company due to comapny temporary financial reason, can my company still keep my green card process going and let me come back to join company again in the future?

Yep Sure can do as LC/GC is for "Future Employement"... Only thing is you company must be able to show "Ability to Pay"...
