Hi Guys,

My LC was filled on 06/28/2001 and then RIR remanded to traditional labor certification on 04/24/2003. What is my PD? and what are the best options for me to get my LC approved.

Any comments... appriciated.

PD is still 2001

Your PD will remain 2001. The only thing you need to make sure now is to clear all those who apply for your job. There was one person who waited for 3.5 years and since the comp did not prove or DOL was not happy with the finding of 2 people with similar credentials...his app was denied...however two other people from the same comp filed along with him and they got cleared....it is the same kind of luck with RiR as well I think...50-50 chances if not lower these days...
