I am told the most common check that is done is a check on the wage mentioned in the LCA against the total wages earned.?
How is this done?
Now for those who were partially in OPT & then h1 in a year. How do I do this.
I am a little confused on this. Also to explain any gap in wages, Can one say that he was voluntarily on vacation etc?
