Hi Recently I recd my approved H1b docs from the company who is sponsoring me. The LCA supported says the title as :"Network & Systems Administrator" wheras my job is "software developement". This company is a body shopper.
My question is what all are the problems expected because of this ?
If I go for transfer of the H1b to a new employer does the new employer need to support with an LCA having the same title ?
If he can support with an LCA with different Title then, will I be subjected to the CAP again ??
Whats are the problems that I am expected to face during Visa Interview ?
