Hi all,
I am planning on changing jobs as soon as my new employer applies for my H-1B. I am trying to figure out how long it takes to apply for an H-1B.
Obviously the critical component to filing the H-1B application is to get a certified LCA. My question is, how long after submitting an LCA can my sponsoring company expect to get it certified?
