LCA QUESTION while AOS pending?

My I-485 is peding and recently I moved less than 50 miles from my old office address. Now my company attorney suggesting that we should file a new LCA because of this move of employment address. Is this necessary or required??? Please let me know. Thanks in advance for your help.

I guess LCA is for H1 and has nothing to do with your I485. This should not be required for 1 485.
Please consult with your lawyer on details..

As far as I know - LCA location has no bearing on I-485 once applied.

I am not sure why your lawyer thinks that it must be re-applied. He must be talking about H-1B which requires that you do that. However, when on I-485 you can work on H1B or your EAD ( if you have got one already) - and surely on EAD there is no requirement whatsoever on the location.

Better to get a second opinion...

Thanks for your replies.The lawyer is talking about H-1B because i have not received my EAD yet but it's been 3 months of applying I-485, so I will probably get it in next 1 or 2 months hopefully.
Even if I am on H-1B , is it sbsolutely required to file a new LCA if I am still in the same state merely in a different office. Anyone knows where i can find this info??
