This may be a dumb question to you, but i'm confused...
LCA PD would affect whether you can file i-485 if you are from India, China, etc. However, once I-485 has been filed, it will be processed in order of of I-485 receipt date, having nothing to do with LCA PD, am i right?
In my case, I recently filed 485, with LCA PD at July 2002.
