LCA pay more than pay stub - please help.

I am currently working directly for a small comany thought H-1 from that company. Just now I got the LCA from lawyer and noticed that the LCA pay is a 1000/year more that what I get paid by the company. I have a stamping in Delhi embassy Oct '24th. Will this negatively affect my H1 stamping. Is there a letter that I can get from my employer that can help. I'm working for the past 6 months and moved from a H4 to H1. No W-2's yet. Thanks a bunch for your help.

anyone ??

anyone heard or come across this situation ?? any input is appreciated.
Thanks a bunch.

If the Visa officer checks the numbers closely you and your employer will protentially have a problem. Check this thread below...

Thanks houstonian-tx

yeah there seems to be a problem, but I'm hoping its just a 1000 dollars( works out to $40/paycheck) and we can say it will be added as bonus at the year end.Since we have 2 or 3 months left in the year. Just hoping. What do you'll think. Any input is appreciated.
