LCA in Non-RIR in Pittsburg PA

I applied for my labour in Sept 2002 thru Pittsburg PA this September 2002.
This website says that it is current - that is
Non-RIR is current where as RIR is going on at June 2002.
Can some one provide more insight into this information.
Now where in any website does it say that
the NON-RIR cases in Pittsburg are curent.
Any information is appreciated.

Even though we understood from your description, please be aware that LCA is for H1-B where as LC is for GC.

Thats quite a possiblity in one or two states that Non-RIR is ahead of RIR for a short time(Those centers say less Non-RIR applications than RIR).

There are lots of sites that post processing times like http://www.immigration.com/processing-times/sesa.html Check them or there could be a thread in this forum too ..!!.
