Hello ALL,
Is the employer supposed to provide the ORIGINAL for LCA & I-129 when going for H1b Stamping?
I am in a permanent job, When I switched to this job and After they filed the H1b transfer, I got the original I797 but I did not get an LCA or I129.
Should I be in possesstion of the LCA & I-129 at ALL times?
