this is a weird case. i have applied for 140/485 and my company is changing my h-1 status to part time by amending lca. how does it impact my gc processing and status. thsi is the only h1 i have and i will be working for 16hrs as opposed to 40.
is that ok? how does it affect my status and h1 and gc?
the company may close down in couple of weeks. i applied for 140/485 concurrent processing only last week.
if i apply for 140/485, am i in legal status?
can i still apply for a new h1 in other company?
what options can i post to my company other than amending lca or cancelling lca, if the company shuts down. will taht terminate my gc?
