I am currently working in CA where as everyone knows LCA is taking a long time. I want to know if there are any companies with pre-approved labor (for Software Engg. in Java C/C++ etc) applications. I want to transfer to such a company and join as a consultant in my current company where I am a permanent employee right now. If anyone knows of any such companies or if there is anyone from such a company reading this post and willing to hire, please send a reply to this post. I will have this job for at least another 1 year , so it is assured income for any such company.
Also, has anybody done such things ? Is it safe and reliable to do so ? I am expecting it will take 2 weeks to get an H1 in FastTrack
and another 4-6 months for the I-140/485 when applying from any state(??) Please correct me if these estimates are incorrect.
Also, if I there are no pre-approved LCA , does anyone know of consulting firms located in DE or PA which would be willing to file a GC ? (I assume it will be another 4 months for GC LCA approval in these states).
