My LCA is approved. Priority Date (date applied for LCA): 10/10/2006 (Oct, 2006). EB2 category. From Nashville, TN.
Ready to apply for I-140. Company is supportive. 4th year in H1-B.
Questions:
1) Am I eligible to apply concurrently for I-140/I-485/AP/EAD ?
2) Is there anyway I can upgrade from EB2 to EB1 while applying for I-140. I have a Master's + 9 years experience. I am adept in finance & IT.
3) Any reason I should do I-140 Premium Processing ? Am I even eligible to file under Premium Processing ?
4) What is 45 day labor letter ? I have seen this in the posts, but never receivd one. My LCA was based on PERM
5) What is LUD ? Read that in the posts
6) How can I track my I-140 application such as receipt date etc ?
7) What is FP ? Read that in the posts.
