I'm currently on H1B status with the company sponsoring my Permanent residence and I'm in the processes of filling my I-140. My LC was approved with a wage higher than my current H1B one, which my sponsor agreed to pay. According to my attorney I should have received the new higher wage as soon as the LC was approved, however my employer/sponsor sustains that I'll remain on my H1B wage until the I-140 and I-485 are approved.
I am therefore concerned about my W2 showing my H1B wage during the processing of my I-140/I-485, would this raise any flags during the processing???
