LC Valid Period Help

Hi ,
My LC got Approved in June 2003.
How long the LC is valid ?

The Reason is i can file I140 and 485 together. while filing 485 i want to include my wife. Right now she is in India becos her 6 yrs H1B1 is expired. If she come on next year , then i would like to file i140 and 485 together.

What is the solutions and suggestions, advice?

Ask your Attorney for exact validity period.

Seems to me the best thing to do is apply I-140 now & if it gets approved file CP for you & your wife or I-485 for you & add your wife when she comes back, I-485 anyway takes long time & you can add your dependents any time before it get's approved.
