LC transfer to new employer

HI,

If ones I140 petition gets rejected (filed by company A) ... is it possible for the alien to transfer to a new company B and still use the Old labor (filed by company A) to retain the priority date and apply for I140 with the new employer (company B) ... if company A is willing to release LC to the alien. Plz share ur knowledge on this. Thnaks
 
It is not up the company the 'release' the LC. DOL requires a new one to be filed. So simply stated: No.
