Can anyboday tell me is it good to go through RIR (Labor certification) for neveda state? As i have heard they have lots of rejection for RIR cases.
My 6yr expiring on 31dec'06. But i first entered in USA on 27'Sept 2001. So basically i was out for almost 9 months during my 6yr. Can i apply for extension of 9 months?
