Hi All,
I recently joined a company who got a pre-approved LC (EB2) which they allowed me to use. The job requirements exactly matches my requirements.
The problem with this LC is
It was approved in August'2004, but the approval notice was lost in mail. Nobody from my present company requested for the approval notice.
When I talked to the company attroney, they mentioned I can file for I140/485 without the actual approval notice.
Does any one has any idea If I file 140/485 without the approval notice what kind of issues I might need to face in the future.
Will there be a big difference in the timelines about getting 140 approval from the normally filed 140 application with the approval notice.
If anyone has simillar kind of experience can you please tell me your experiences.
