Hi,
I am working for a Company A on H1 B. But they are not willing to sponsor for Green Card Application. I found a company(Company B) with approved labor which they are willing to use for me. Now my question is

1. Is possible for me to continue to work for existing company and do the paper work(I140, I485 etc) and change after the greencard is approved.

2. If the the above is not possible then at what stage should I change.

As long as the company B is ready to sponsor without employment with them, you can proceed.

I was told by one attorney just few days before. Better to consult an arroney before spending money & time.

did you ask how company-B has preapproved labor and what happened to original beneficiary. validate that labor with YOUR OWN lawer. DO NOT pay anything for that labor. document all your communication in email. there were growing labor fraud in chicago and texas area.

technically YES
2. If the the above is not possible then at what stage should I change.
its better to join them shortly soon after filing i485 using h1 transfer or ead.

Looking for Labor Substitution

My apologies for posting this unrelated mesage here. I am sure that labor substitution is legal if done appropriately. I am looking for companies that have approved labors available for substiution. I have a project in hand and it will go for some time. Email me for furthur discussions/details.

your innocent views may be misused by fraud companies. you will get 100s of offers for preapproved labor. all the fraud try to hunt people like you in community based website or message boards like this. they will get you hard earned money and do nothing. they may not have even one labor with them.

transferring project to another company is very risky depending on various contracts you may have with your employer or sub-vendor. you will be sued by all the parties left and right for breach of contracts etc. your good preapproved labor sponsoring (???) employer will NOT defend you in any way. in the end you will loose all your project and hard earned money but your new employer would have got a revenue creating client without any efforts (as usual).
 
I am trying to find a company that can sponsor my GC using pre-approved labor - I am working in the data warehouse field with specialized skills, having high pay projects. If anybody has any info, please send me a private message. Thx.
