I am trying to persuade my company to get me one of the approved labors that they have. They are right now talking about what is matching in te approved labor and what is not. I wanted to get your opinion as to what is considered a match and what is not. The job description is very close to what i do right now. Lets put it this way, that I am working as a Technical Support enigneer and the job is of a Systems engineer. Difference is that TAC deals with all customers, and Systems Enigneer goes to customer sites and helps them design and test the software.
I can work and qualify for the job even if it is not for LC or GC maters, lets say if I decide to move into that role. Now what else should match? Thanks in advance.
