LC Substitution - How many days left from today

LC Substitution - How many days left from today??? Please respond ASAP

Could someone please let me know, how many days we left to utilize LC Substitutions?? Please give me an estimate. I got a pre-approved LC with PD of Jan 1999. If I aggressively move on it, I can file my I-140 within 7 to 10 days. So, do I have enough time to go for it???

This is a "proposed" rule and it will have to go through the comment period after the federal register publication. Until Interim or Final rule is published after going through another cycle of OMB review and federal register publication, the substitution of the approved labor certification remain available.

Thanks for the info. Actually I've seen the same article on www.immigration-law.com and wanted to findout how long this is going to take to become the law. But does anyone know how long is this comment period? Is it safe to assume that we have atleast one month from today to make use of LC subs?

The company that offer LC sub. has initiated H1 transfer and they have to wait until EAC number/receipt is received to file for I-140. So, filing I-140 may not happen until 2/3 weeks or a month's time before they file my I-140 (mostly by Last week of Sept.). So, this is making me nervous as I dont have knowledge of the time period that might take for the OMB approved rule to become the law. Any insights on this are appreciated. :confused:
 
labor

my employer has approved labor with Masters with 2 years exp on EB2 .
But i have bachelors with 5 years .
is this good for substitution of labor at this time ???
please guide me anybody
