Hello Everyone,
Does any one of the gurus know a case of where a labor substitution is filed before the labor is approved. I spoke to an attorney and he seems to think that is possible.
I have my 6 years ending in Feb'05 and this labor certification I am referring to was filed in Dec'03 in CA. So if we can do this this will enable me to apply for 7th year extensions based on this.
