I am in consulting company and working for 3 yrs with client. My I-485 is pending for the last 3.5 yrs. Now my client wants to me use their LC(eb3 and PD is current).
Is there any problem using LC sub while pending I-485?
What are the steps do i have to follow?
Like
1. File H1B with client using sub LC
2. File I-140 with sub LC and premium process.
3. Inter file I-485 with new I-140(Can it be concurrently filed?) OR file new I-485
Please help me, how do i go in this route?
