Hi,
Coud you please let me know if this is possible ?

I have master degree from a US university awarded on Sep 2002.

An employer is willing to subtitute a pre approved labor with piriority date in somewhere 2001.

Now the labor asks for Master degree with 2 year experiend which I have.

But someone was saying that I should have had Master degree and 2 years experience as of the piriortiy date and not after that.?

Is this true?

Can't I use the Labor ?

True. You should satisfy the requirements on LC at the time LC was filed.
