Hi Friends,

Can anyone get me some info about how to check my Labor Status for State/Federal. My application was filed first on June 2002/Non RIR. The Interview process was completed and report was submitted to DOL couple of months back. What I would like to know is, when will it go to Federal DOL. Is there any way to find out Status of my Application.

Best way is to contact your attorney, they get all communications frol DOL. I

f you know the state, can monitor the labor progress by checking the processing times. This will give you a fair idea about the time frame.

I did not see any link to check individual labor status in any posting or site by entering the labor application number.
